Deborah Pedrick: Connecticut - East Coast, all of US, Canada

I'm 39 years old and mother to my son Soren. We are currently living in Connecticut. Soren was born in 1996 and is now 11 years old and growing ever so fast. As mentioned in the "company" page, once I got involved with children's sleep issues I felt obligated to help parents learn about sleep. With society always questioning our parenting abilities, we have lost our identities as parents to some respects. My job is to empower parents and give them the confidence to help their children sleep better. Finding the tools to become empowered is what this site is all about and why it is so unique.

Mimi Johnson: San Francisco, West Coast

I am a mother to 9 month-old Sofia Rose and a health educator with a masters’ degree in public health. I started helping families with baby sleep challenges when I went through my own struggles when Sofia was a newborn. I read every book about baby sleep and wondered why this issue was rarely discussed and no help offered to parents either before baby is born or in the early months. I have worked with mothers on a popular parent's board to help them understand and maintain a healthy sleep schedule for their children. I enjoy hearing how their fussy infants have become well-rested, alert and happy. Healthy sleep is a birthright and an important health issue for developing babies and toddlers.

Jackie Patterson: Minnesota – Midwest

I am a mother to two wonderful children; Lauren who is 6 and Hayden who is 11 months. I have a degree in Elementary Education and taught for 3 years before having children. After struggling with Lauren's sleep issues, I became passionate about not only helping Lauren sleep better, but also sharing my knowledge about what I went through with others.

Meghan Casano : East Coast

I am the mother to two-year-old Ella and 8-month-old Madeline and a registered nurse with a masters degree in bioethics. I have experience in medical, post surgical, and most recently, school nursing. I became passionate about children’s sleep when my first daughter was about 7 weeks old and we realized she had a terrible case of colic. By employing healthy sleep habits we watched her transform into a bright, energetic, happy and well-rested baby who now, as a toddler, asks to go to sleep when she is tired. I look forward to helping families experience the feeling of relief that comes with a well-rested child.
